By installing and using Job Seeker (the “Extension”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Extension.
Our Extension is designed to help users save job application details to a Google Sheet by leveraging Google’s OAuth2 authentication. The Extension uses the following scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file)
– to read, edit, create, and delete only the Google
Drive files (such as spreadsheets) that are created by
our Extension.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email)
– to retrieve your primary Google account email for
authentication purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.
You agree to use the Extension only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
All content and materials provided by the Extension are the intellectual property of the Extension developer or used with permission. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this material without explicit permission.
The Extension is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Extension is at your sole risk.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Extension after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We respect your privacy. The Extension accesses your Google Drive file (spreadsheet) and primary Google account email solely for the purpose of storing and managing job application details. We do not store, sell, or share your data with third parties.
You may revoke the Extension’s access at any time via your Google Account settings. For further details, please review our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms.
